Got my screen fixed in 3 days. Support was fine. Updates were kinda slow, though.

My vivo phone started acting up, so I reached out to support thinking it might turn into one of those long back-and-forth situations. Surprisingly, they got back to me fast and explained the next steps clearly. The service center checked it, sorted the issue, and didn’t make the whole thing feel like a hassle. I left feeling like they handled it properly, which says a lot.

I was trying to buy a vivo phone from the official site, but the model I wanted was out of stock again, haha. It’s happened a few times now, so it’s starting to get a bit frustrating.

The site itself is easy to use, which is nice, but it’s annoying when the phones are listed like they’re available and then you can’t actually buy them. I also couldn’t find any clear info on when it might come back.

In the end, I just started checking other shops instead. It’s not a terrible site or anything, but the availability really needs to be better.

The tracking updates were a bit slow to come through, but they did work in the end. I’m grateful everything arrived and I could still keep an eye on it

I ordered it from VIVO i feel like it was a good buy. The phone runs smooth, the camera is decent for everyday pics, and the battery usually gets me through the whole day.
Delivery was okay too, not the fastest, but nothing to complain about. For what I paid, I’m happy with it and I’d probably buy it again.

Checkout was painless. I’m always a little skeptical when companies make everything sound too smooth and perfect, but in this case I paid quickly and nothing weird happened.

I was just hoping this wouldn’t turn into a huge headache for me, and it didn’t. The warranty claim was straightforward, support got back to me quickly, and my phone was fixed without me having to chase people around. I’m happy with how it worked out.

The display looks really sharp, and the colors are nice without looking overdone. I mostly use it for watching videos, and for that it does the job well. Like you’d expect, it’s not amazing in direct sunlight, so you may have to adjust the angle a bit. Overall though, I’m happy with it.

It looks really nice in person, and I do like how slim it is. The colors are great too. But once I started using it, the build felt a little average, not super sturdy or anything. The buttons work fine, but the back seems to pick up scratches way too easily. It’s not terrible, I just thought it would feel a bit more premium for the price. Anyway...

I ordered from vivo.com and I’m telling you, the payment process could not have been easier if it tried. They had the usual payment options, I picked the one I always use, and it went through so fast I was basically already done before I had time to overthink it.

The problem is the battery life. I charge it in the morning, and by the evening it’s already nearly dead, even though I’m just using it normally. I’m not gaming or doing anything heavy, so I don’t think I’m being unreasonable here. For the price, I expected better, and I’m disappointed...

It showed up later than expected, and the tracking barely changed the whole time, so I kept checking it like, okay, is it nearby or still sitting in some warehouse somewhere? Not the end of the world, but definitely frustrating when you’re waiting on something you actually need

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by this camera overall. The photos come out looking really nice most of the time, with good detail and color. Night shots can get a little blurry here and there, but for everyday use, I’m happy with it

Well... I bought a Vivo phone from vivo.com and I’ve been impressed. The screen feels really smooth, the battery lasts a long time, and the camera turned out better than I expected. It doesn’t feel cheap either, which was a nice surprise. I’ve been using it every day and haven’t had any issues so far.

I’ve been using the phone for a while now—I think I got it around March, or maybe early April, and overall it works fine. The main thing that bugs me is the software updates seem to take forever, and after using certain apps for a bit they start to lag. It’s not terrible or anything, just kind of annoying when it happens
